Healthy and tasty Kuchai Dumplings filled with ground pork, cabbage, ginger, onion leeks and kuchai leaves wrapped in a thin layer of chewy dough.
1. Cook directly. No need to defrost.
2. To steam: Using a steamer, boil water and put dumpling on the top level. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
2. To pan fry: Fry dumplings in enough of hot oil, put 1 cup of water and cover it. Use low heat to fry until no water is left.
3. To deep fry: Put dumplings in enough hot oil. Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
